What does it mean to be a mid-career faculty member, and where do you go if you are one? Kerry Ann Rockquemore includes recently tenured faculty members as well as long-term associate professors in this category. Having received tenure and promotion in 2011, I find myself in this group and often think about how to make the best use of my time right now.
